TMP87C408N refrigerator microcomputer integrated circuit diagram

TMP87C408N is a single-chip microcomputer integrated circuit designed and manufactured by Toshiba Corporation of Japan for refrigerators. It is used on the refrigerator series of Chunlan and other brands.

1. Internal circuit block diagram and typical application circuit

The TMP87C408N integrated circuit contains various functions such as temperature detection, compressor control, display control, and door light control. The internal circuit block diagram of the integrated block and the left half of the typical application circuit are shown in Figure 1-1, and the right half is shown in the figure. 1-2 is shown.

2. Pin function and data
